We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Hi it seems I've never got started on this app, although I see Booking.com has charged me a whopping fee!! for it doing nothing (I haven't ever been able to get in despite the hours and hours spent setting up my account/page/booking. I have had soooo much trouble its been impossible to find a one to one chat page or number call. Somehow I have bumbled onto this just now....so....

Id like to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund on an unable(for me)-to-use site please.

Hoping this can be credited, will allow me to acknowledge you to others asking for my booking advice as they so often do.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this.  Booking.com does not charge a subscription fee for listing a property, just commission on any bookings you have had, so not sure what you have been charged on.

To end your partnership you need to contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
