the letter at the start of a rental

hello some days before every time i used to log in from my pc there was a notification saying that a letter will be delivered to me within the next 14 days. however this time has passed and i am not in kefalonia right now where my  property is listed. however  i did not have any notification about this letter or anyone called me. Do yo know more?
