We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

So I am trying to download the photos - some have arrived on the page others I have the little wheel spinning madly and nothing happens - if I reload a photo I get a message saying it is a duplicate and delete the original - but I cant because I cant see it -  On my website there are some photos and the rest are "invisible" but if you click on them you see them - My main photo is not showing on the site - how do I sort out photos please?  Causing me a big headache and spending far too much time doing what should be a simple job.  Thanks for helpdownload photos page - some there others got the wheel spinning  - says all photos are there but I cant see them to check and or change
