Hi, is there a link I can use, to send to guests for their feedback?

It is automated by the BdC system, its not a partner feature in Extranet.

Some run their own feedback web app and send a link via message or message template

 

Also after 7 days after checkout date , you can no longer send messages.

A button on the reservation details page - [Send Feed back Request] would be great, along with an indicator to say [System Sent Feedback Request : Pending/Yes/Complete

 

Complete meaning BdC sent it and guest has completed

Pending - BdC sent it but Guerst still has not clicked.

etc.
