Listing the property issues

Hello! Really need your help! We are trying to confirm the property, uploaded third time the video to confirm the property but unfortunately nothing happening. Also when we try to call at the phone number listed at Booking, it asking us for some confirmation that was sent to email but we dont have it!Any idea who we can call without going thru confirmation number over the phone? Just need to talk to LIVE PERSON!!! Thank you soooooo much!!

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

No Jarrett that link does not, its the reason I had to create my own guides in the first place.


It does not take much to see the night and day difference between the BdC muddled guides and the clarity of mine.

I cut straight to it, where as the genius in BdC product team that created pages like the Contact Us page, was lazy and inconsiderate of the struggle partners have to find the page and the info they need.


It was reported by me along time ago how everyone does not even get the same page footer with Contact Us in it.

Yep that s right, its literally not shown for many partners.
