Location code confirmation

I have received a letter from and a confirmation location code is included. I ask your help, because i dont know where i have to add this code.

It is on the Extranet Home Page click the status indicator I think it is else contact support below.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Indeed, there was an indication on extranet home page, i had seen it. But, one week ago (when i received the post letter) i couldn't find it anymore, it's disappeared.
