Unfortunately all you can do is :

  • Wait longer
  • Message booking support on topic 
  • Phone support team


I would go with option 2 today then after 2-3 days try ring them.


When exactly did you sign up. date?

I signed up date in the 27th of March 2020. Booking declared the delivery of the letter with confirmation code till the 14th of March 2020... :-(
