Good morning,

I do not know how to inform that we don’t have mail services in our direction so it is possible that we don’t receive the letter to confirm our location. Where can I introduce that booking has to send the letter to Bonmont Terres Noves nº11 mailbox? If they only use our direction without the number of mailbox, there is the possibility that we can not receive any letter.

Hi Raquel,

The verify letter will only ever be sent to the property listed. and not your private  residence if different.

 

You could, just set u pa sign on the front door say  ,place letters under door,

or setup a dropbox for the post man to drop it into.

 

Alternatively contact BdC support directly t osee if they can offer another method.
