hello, i should have received the location confirmation letter in 29th of January but did not get it. can you help me? how can i confirm my listing location if i did not get a code?

In order to receive a verification letter, please make sure your property address is correct and complete in the Extranet: street name, house number, apartment or block number etc. If the address is incomplete, unfortunately, you won't be able to receive a letter. Please contact our Customer Support team to add a correct address of your property.
