Location verification



Is there another way to verify my property location, that doesn't include mail.

I have requested the mail twice and I still haven't received any.

When joining, you need to confirm your property’s location to make sure guests can easily find it on arrival. We facilitate this by posting you a letter containing the information you need to complete the process.


In exceptional cases where you do not have access to postal services or immediate access to the property, you want to list on, contact us so we can facilitate your verification by alternative means.

Community Admin  Dear Community admin. I live in a location where does NOT support sending post.. (Norway) I keep hearing about a "whatsapp" call. Mail states it should take up to 10 business days, but is is not 20.. I am fully booked since I opened i october and will have problems if this is going to take additional months to confirm (almost fully booked out february, but now some cancellations comes with no possibility to fill those). Customer support simply states it's impossible to get help. 

Can you please help me?
