location verification / mailing address
I set up 5 condos in two different locations (states). Three condos are up and operating and have a couple of reservations. The other two condos are waiting on address verification. I don't really know why those two were picked out as a problem as one of them is in the same building as two other condos that were not subject to location verifcation.
More importantly, I understand the a physical piece of mail was sent to the condo. I of course don't live there and one of the condos doesn't even have mail service. Not sure where to go from here. I can't find a support chat or email to talk to booking.com and of course will not receive the postal mail.
