You can contact the Booking.com team by sending them a message or calling them. Once you are logged into the Booking.com extranet click on Inbox > Booking.com Messages > See Contact Options > from here you will be able to see the phone number for your local Booking.com Team. You can give them a call and provide your property ID number. Alternatively, you can also send a message in the Inbox > Booking.com Messages > Compose a Message.
