Hello everyone, can somebody help me with a problem? I saw today that I had two messages to ask me for informations about my apartment a few days ago, but I received no notifications, no email, no message, and just lost the opportunities. Is there a way to be warned when we receive this kind of messages (notifications were allowed in both phone's and booking site's settings) ? Thank you

I can confirm that unless you have toggled default notifications off, that they are still working.

Thank you BrookAve for your quick answer! Unfortunately all these parameters were ok, it looks like these messages are different from messages from guests who actually reserved. I can only see them by connecting to the website.
that sounds like SPAM. check the underlying sender email address
Nothing in the spam box. The questions were in the "Questions for your property" section. I did check that email alarm was activated for those, but still I received nothing.
