Minimum nights

Hi, i am brand new to and renting out our first property.  Having a few issues, where I did not correctly list with minimum nights stay.  I have some guests that have made a booking for 2 nights when min stay is 4 nights.  How do i get around this now they have booked, either asking them to cancel booking or do I apply a surcharge to cover the min stay. if so how do I do this?  Many thanks
