minimum number of nights, not working

hi. new to this .  i have set our minimum at 4 nights, but we have had a booking for 2 nights ..   ive checked and the setting is at 4 nights . . and i dont know how to contact anyone at booking .com for help! i am in a bit of a panic as i dont want to cancel the 2 night booking and get a bad rating

one it needs to be set in Rate Plan and check calendar list view - min. length of stay, under each room type then rate plan view
