We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Hotel Montana has recently been sold. 

We are having a problem with your bookings. Twice now we have recieved a double booking? 

The first over booking was for Martin Goldammer - I asked the guest to cancel this and he agreed 

The second over booking was this morning for Markus Haberzettl - this booking needs to be cancelled.

Reminder this is a partner forum, and not BdC direct support  nor ticket system.


Only other partners and the Moderators, and Community Staff.

Please do not share guest info such as names IDs reference numbers etc. you can see it in the guidelines. Yes I know most never read them.


Best thing to do is message Markus  state you need to cancel. and that he will receive an email to confirm the cancelation and needs to click on;

then click on cancel in the reservation to start the process and wait for him to do so.
