My account!

My account is closed, because booking .com is charging me an invoice  of a guest name *** *** , has booked and arrived on my property and says that nobody was at he reception, and that is incorrect because I live on the same property. 

No body came and nobody contact me. 

After that guest I have booked 3 diffrent guest with no problem and how come my first guest says that have booked for 4 adult for  4 night   ? 

I need someone to help me urgent, because my account I think was hacked. 

Im not making any payment before I get the corect information and proof what is going on. 

Pls send me a hour and contact number so I can speak to someone. 

This is urgent and Im very dissapointed.

You can contact the customer support by following the path below:

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
