my account can't go live

Hi there, I've been trying to make my account go live however I wasn't able to do so, as Booking.com kept sharing this message 

We need to confirm the location of your place because we want to create a safe and secure website for everyone. We sent you a unique code by mail on Jan 20, 2020.

Your letter should arrive by: Feb 6, 2020

And I have not been able to receive the unique code by mail. May I know if there's other solutions for this?

Since this is only a Partner Community you need to send your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.

Hello Teoh Pei Yin! Thanks for posting in the Community. But you're saying that you should have received the verification code by Feb 6, 2020, right? Unfortunately it takes time.
