My account was terminated
I'm new to booking.Com, they sent me an email that I have booking and I will be hosting them on 7th December, few days from there they sent me am email that my account has been terminated, I don't know what happened, please I need help to resolve the issue
I was so happy about hosting my guest but now I don't know what will happen because of the account termination, please I need help
Hi Jenny,
Pick up the phone and ring BdC Support to confirm and see what is outstanding if anything.
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Topic : Account
Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right

On your reservation list, for the 7th, has the details page status changed to cancelled ?
and or any notifications from the BdC system to say so too?
