My guest says they booked with Agoda.com, is this part of booking.com, I have noticed errors!!

Hi There 

My recent guest said that they booked with Agoda, I had never heard of them, I am new to this. Are they part of booking.com as I didn't list my property on there? I have just had a look on their site and there are some errors on that listing, e.g it says I don't have wifi and I do and it says I have a gym and I don't. This will mislead people. Does anyone know how I change this information and who I talk to?

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help clarifying why some information is correct.  However, with most platforms you list on one and it gets copied over onto another that they have bought out.  

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.

Hi Claire, 

 

The correct helpful answer is :

 

1. On Extranet go to Property menu

2. Review Facilities & Services

some times it can also be Room Amenities.

 

Review and turn off as needed.

 

PS: Agoda is owned and operated by the Booking Holdings Group , who also own BdC

Thank you, I have managed to speak to booking.com now as the problem wasn’t with my property on booking.com and all the info re facilities etc.. it was all correct. The problem was with Agoda, they had made so many errors when copying the information off booking.com, they made so many errors. They are going to communicate with each other and get it rectified.
