my new accommodation is not available tells me that my ad is online now and open for booking.

When I run a search for the dates, my ad comes up but it says that it can not be booked via

????? Please enlighten me!


Have you checked you do have everything set to be able to book?  In Extranet go into Rates, Calendar - use List view.  Dates should be in Green if available.  If not look at if Open, rooms available, Rates set.  You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed.
