urgent it s  the number of my property put rental in Morocco on your site booking.com but since last August you have not paid me my commissions ... I think my account was hacked because for my property in France I am paid and the one I have in Morocco ... booking.com didn't give me my money???

First set correct expectations,  as you cannot post action requests in partner hub, as we can't do anything directly for you.

 

Your next action is to send BdC PartnerSupport a message detailing your request. 

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
