My Profile

Good day

i struggled to set up my profile and as i think i did it correct i see there is a garden and no parking.

we have a 2 bedroom appartment on the 1st floor with no garden but we have save parking behind security gates. i have now struggled for longer than 1 hour to see where i can correct it. PLEASE HELP!

also I see 3 profiles, i also see 2 are not bookable so can you please delete those and help me rectify my profile :(

I think you are using the term profile instead of listing.

 

When you have more than one Property added to the same account as you implied, you cannot do this yourself to remove them. You must contact BdC Partner Support Team (see below).

 

The main description is computer generated based on the Room Details (for some it may be Property Layout) and Facilities & services page, settings.

By locating those features you can toggle them on or off.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
