My property list doesn't appear


I got problem with my property. Seems like it doesn't appear when i tried to search for my property. "No properties found" stated.

Oh no! Kchomestay4u, that doesn't sound good.

How long ago did you settle, meaning, when did you get the confirmation email to say that things are accepted?

It normally takes a few weeks to get things ready.

If you are not sure if you have done the right thing try to ring the BDC help team. Make sure you've got all the details ready.

And you can also drop a question in one of the bars, by logging into the Extranet of BDC (on your computer) and then to login tab.

Login into your extranet click on the home tab in there you will find a make my property bookable icon click on it and if these symptoms will persist just raise this issue to booking.com still in the same extranet
