My property not available

Hi I just joined and didnt setup my listing property, and my property got booked, but is not available, how can I cancel the booking??


You cannot cancel yourself you need to ask the guest to do it.  Also good to personally message guest and explain and apologise.

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm

then go into your Rates, Calendar - use List view and Bulk update to set to Closed until you are ready to open

I have messaged guest to apologize for the confusion, but did not get a reply. 

If guest does not reply at all, and the property is physically not available on the date, what will be the procedure? Do I need to arrange a refund or will booking do that?
