My property is not available on booking while there is no reservation

Hello, I'm a new Booking.com user and a just noticed something and i don't know how to solve it.

from time to time my property is unavailable, however there is no reservation and I have not marked as unavailable.

Wondering if you have checked your Calendar in List view, then click on the tick box for restrictions


Now if you also have promotions enabled, these will be on the left also.


Review the inventory count; Check prices are not null or blank.


Check all rooms are linked to at least one Rate Plan.
