My property is not bookable

Hello hope that you are doing well,

I want to express my concern that my property which I created an account around 1 week ago, it is not live and it is not bookable. Hope that my property will be bookable as soon as possible

  • Your first steps with Booking.com
  • Working together with Booking.com  
  • Location verification letter by post can take up to 5 weeks to arrive to the door of the listed property.  
  • Alternate method can then be requested by message or phone.  
  • Once you can access the Extranet and see the calendar; set a room type; rate plan and linked them; then you are OPEN bookable...so beware of this.  
  • Why beware of that? because many get caught out ,not ready to accept guests, and bookings are auto confirmed based on the calendar showing availability.  
  • Calendar Availability is YOUR responsibility and your fault for not closing a room or date, should a guest book and you are not ready to let them arrive.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
