My property is not rejected 4 times

Hi. I'm the owner of the Hotel, my ex marketing manager deleted the hotel from, Now i try 3 times to list my hotel again but rejected without any notification, also i try to create new partner account and list my hotel again but rejected again, Can anyone help or tell me how i can contact the support or list the hotel again ?
