My property with same name

Hello Booking team,

I've added today, my 4 apartments by the name of Rya Residence***.

Can you please help to delete the other 2 locations with the same name (Rya Residence - *** & ***? These are mine, but was not the final version. 

I've requested already to have the account with *** to be deleted bu is still visible on Booking.

Please confirm when will be available only the new account. Do I need to to anything else ?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
