my property is temporarily unavailable on site,

my property is temporarily unavailable on site,  also i did not get the code, i don't know what to do. how can i get the code \. i registered 10 days ago. help me, please.

Hi there,

Welcome to the forum.

The verification code can take a long while to reach your property. When you go to your Home screen on the extra net, under the box where you need to fill in the code, you can see a Hyperlink that says "I didn't receive my code". If you click that the box will pop up and tell you when the letter was sent. This is done through a delivery company (or something like that), so you need to keep an eye out from the date it was sent.

If it takes too long, then you can always just click resend.

You can read my previous post on this thread as it's the same answer.

Alternatively you can phone Booking.com and ask them to check, but if you listed only 10 days ago then you can check the status of how far the code is on the home screen.

Hi My property that is listed states that it’s unavailable or/ is not listed
Please help in getting the booking up and running as it is low season in this part of the world , we need revenue badly
