The name in the Automatically generated property description is not correctly translated, what can I do?

We updated our property description in english and german, but the first part which is added automatically by booking is not correct. Especially the name of the location is translated totally wrong. This gives a bad first impression for all the page visitors, but we did not find any option to change that.

Could you please advice us on how to proceed.

Under Property > View My Desc, you will find a option to submit a fix request.…

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
