We need our room catagories named as below-

1. Standard Rooms

2. Premium Rooms

3. Idhayan Suite Rooms

4. Idhayan Royal Suite Rooms.



you cant, its that simple ,you instead must just use the static list for the public facing names.


you can label them with internal names for each Room Type you create.


then add a unique photo with text on top for the prmiary photo for that room type with your custom name.


that is the only workaround.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
