need confirmation regarding fraud booking placed using my cards

Dear offices,

I need your help on urgent basis... since last month on 20/8/2019 some one has booked room in the following hotel " Appart Coeur de Rouen - Hotel de Ville" without my knowledge... not only that the amount of 992.25 euros have been deducted from my credit card.. 

Intially i didn't receive any mail regarding this till now.. then how come i able to know this case only after receiving the bank alert message.

kindly help me out regarding this unless i definitely move this case to the consumer court.. with the screenshots of deduction of amount taken.

Please note this community is where we share all knowledge between hotel partner and Booking.com. There is no one from Support team or Marketing Team in this forum.
