Firstly, beware of the implications of cancelling a booking, you may have to foot the bill for the entire relocation of the guest. (possibly more expensive accommodation, taxi, etc.)

During normal office hours I would think the Spanish office will have English speaking staff (if you have an account manager assigned to you, there is a fair chance they speak English). If not, call Holland.

Laflorida303 Have in mind that you also have to ask your guest to request cancellation....

The simplest thing i think is text the guest in your booking area.instead of straining to call in a foreign country you can convince that guest maybe your property was fully booked without your notice or its under emergency maintenance. and instead suggest a nearby property still in this platform.this will cut down the cost of everything.Lafrolida some guests takes even a time1 year to plan a trip you should be glad that guest was convinced you had the best services in the entire place.hahaha and dont forget to pay booking.com commission.

Adamopoulu just tell her how lucky she is.I wish i could be boasting such kind of reservations in my property.I believe no matter how a guest have a nagging character you have to treat him/her with undefined kindness you have to answer prior to all his/her requirements.Once we had taken three American college students to climb Mt Kenya little did we know those boys would drink to their uncontrollable level. They disturbed us on that first day but we handled them with kindness and humbleness. Lafrolinda do you know after a period of 7 months they suggested to us more 30 trekkers from their school? Be humble

Well, perhaps she has a very good reason for wanting to cancel reservation.

It is impossible to delete a listing from booking.com. Admins will not delete listings and there's no way to delete it yourself as the owner. I listed my Hamptons house and a year later someone booked a room on the same day while I was in Costa Rica and I got a call saying they were at my Hamptons house. They called booking.com and cancelled their reservation. Booking.com called me to confirm that it was cancelled and I told them to delete my listing. The listing has not been deleted a month later and someone just booked a bedroom for 2 days in September after the house is sold to another owner.

A little bit of house keeping by yourself would avoid the situation

Simply close out availability and remove the rates, in fact anything you can delete just do so, pictures etc. The inactive and unbookable listing will not last very long, it will firstly drop to the bottom of the search list and later be deleted. ( I assume the new owner does not want the listing either )
