We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

New admin created but they cant login :(

Hey Everyone  I have created a new admin but she is having issues logging in 

Tried several times and with different email addresses - what am I doing wrong? Is there another verification step we need to do?

Hi

That page error indicates the wrong invite link was used for this user.

Are you both using the same Pc , Same Browser to logon?

Close all browser and start over with just the email in one tab and then another tab to logon.
