new business owner
Hi, I've just taken over a Guest House and we've been struggling to get Booking.com to contact me prior to ownership, I'm now using the previous owners access to look stuff up etc, but 1. I haven't a clue about the service and 2. can't seem to get to speak to anyone to get things sorted etc. I've tried various numbers, but don't seem to be getting through. Does anyone have advice on how to get some quick answers/assistance?

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.

You will need to initiate the Change of Ownership procedure through the Extranet so you are set up with your own login and contract. This can be done via the Inbox tab > Booking.com messages > Compose new message > Account. You will also find local support contact numbers here.
