new business owner

Hi, I've just taken over a Guest House and we've been struggling to get Booking.com to contact me prior to ownership, I'm now using the previous owners access to look stuff up etc, but 1. I haven't a clue about the service and 2. can't seem to get to speak to anyone to get things sorted etc. I've tried various numbers, but don't seem to be getting through. Does anyone have advice on how to get some quick answers/assistance?

  1. struggling to get Booking.com to contact me prior to ownership  
    1. That is not a thing , you must register yourself, and either transfer ownership with previous registered owner.  
    2. My property is under new ownership. What should I do?  
  2. It looks like you have access to the previous owner extranet, so use the guide above, else use the guide before to contact BdC support

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right

Hi Malcolm Weston,

 

You will need to initiate the Change of Ownership procedure through the Extranet so you are set up with your own login and contract. This can be done via the Inbox tab > Booking.com messages > Compose new message > Account. You will also find local support contact numbers here.

 

Please include:

  • Date the you have taken over.
  • Your name and email address.
  • Your phone number
