New listing ready to go but how do I ensure it's not going to clash with airbnb calendar

Hi - We've listed a property on airbnb for several years and now adding it to booking.com. I've got the listing ready to go but hesitant to make it live as I'm unsure how or how reliably it keeps in sync with the airbnb calendar, and vice versa. I've of course synced the booking.com listing with airbnb but does it do a regular sync as well?

Please have in mind that synchronization is not in real time.  Double bookings can occur so it’s more safely to check your bookings manually  and refresh every time you have a booking.

Many Partners have problems with double bookings...having a channel manager seems to be a solution.
