New rate setup works, but occupancy level price not
Hello,
I have a standard rate which is variable with the occupancy level.
Now I have just setup a new rate which is not linked to the standard rate. But here, I can only put a fixed price.
Could someone tell me how I can setup a variable price in function of occupancy too ? I have been searching everywhere but can't find out.

Why does it need to be based on occupancy and not priced by night per room?

Because we don't rent rooms, we rent the house. It is not possible to have 2 group of guests staying there together.
To make it affordable to everyone, the price increases with the number of people. And it works perfectly fine with the standard rate.

The buttons "Edit basic price" and "Edit occupancy pricing" are not appearing in our calendar!
Any suggestion?

Barry Reilly thanks for your responses, much appreciated. The option ‘Rates & Availability’ tab does not appear on my side. I believe I'll need to call Support team as they need to first adjust the extranet settings.
erm ok.. wait a sec... how long ago did you register and then complete the verify location letter?
It sounds like you do not have Extranet access enabled until they process the initial signup, which is standard.

Yes I've access to the extranet but this option is not available anymore. probably because I've created a new room after deleting the existing one.

These has never been fixed unfortunately !
I did these pre req tasks, but nothing changed.
All good! I give them a call and they had to set it up. Apparently is a manual process Support team need to perform manually for each new room created in the system
