Hi !! I just spent the evening subscribing my place in Booking. I finally finished but I CANNOT FIND IT ON LISTING!!!!  

I look for it in the specific neighborhood it is located but it doesn't appear.  Even when BOOKING says my place is already on the list.

this is so heartbreaking! Can Anyone  help me guest what happens? thanks in advance for your help

Dear fellow partner,

You need to get approval first, then you need to have your property set to be bookable and only after you load inventory in the calendar, you can see the property. Without that, no chance!

So make sure you tick all these boxes and see if that solves the issue.

Yes and remember the validation process can take months before it's Opened on

It's a security meassure put in place to ensure queality resorts/properties are listed on, and that the properties actually exist.

I suggest exercising patience, I know you're super excited so it's difficult, but it's so worth it when it goes live.

The postal service of South Africa do not service my property. Are their any other ways to verify my property

South-Africa's postal service still runs? Didn't know considering I didn't receive any of the codes sent to my properties. But fear not, there are ways around this:

Go to your Home Page, right underneath where you can type the verification code in there is a hyperlink that says "I'm not at the property" if you click on that it will give you some options as to how else to go about it.

They will probably suggest a video call while you are at the property.
