Hi All

Under my room status it says no room/no price. I have been trying to open up my room for the last few days and it cant seem to do so. Everytime when i set it open for the next 6 months , 7 days a week, and etc, it then direct me back to my schedule and says no room/no price on the room status with the yellow line. this is very frustrating as i have never encounter such difficulty in registering my unit in a website compared to the other similar ones. 

I signed in about a week ago, and it is just left like that. I am about to give up and just delete my account. Kindly please advice on this matter.

Hi! John, very sorry to hear about your struggles. Under your room number make sure that that number is not set at 0.

If you are still having problems maybe you should call your local BDC office and ask them to support you. I had same problems and the helped me on the spot.
