NO SHOW IN APRIL, COMISION IN MAY - HELP

During the pandemic, I received a reservation in the month of April and therefore an invoice for the commission but: 1. It was a No Show, the guest never presented, obviously, we were at the top of the COVID19  in fact, that was my first reservation and I did not check my email. What should I do? I want to cancel my establishment!

Hi

At this point regardless of the no show and the commission due, you say you want to end partnership?

since you didnt cancel the reservation and it was no show and if they prepaid BdC or you, then you need to pay the commission.

However if you never got paid in the first place directly or via BdC , then message  or phone BdC with the reservation number. to reconcile your balance.

then follow :

How can I remove a property or end my partnership with Booking.com?

Kind Regards
