No Show Guest

This guest was a no show, I was new to booking.com as a host, and therefore I wasn't sure that I needed to report a no show within 24hrs of the guest not showing.

sorry to hear about your no show!

Best you get on the phone to bdc customer support would be my advice as this forum is for sharing tips primarily. If you do not do this you risk getting charged the commision.
