When can I declare a guest as a no show?
I normally do it the morning after their reservation date.
Can I change the booking requirements to pay upfront before the booking is confirmed. I have lots of booking who promise to pay on arrival or EFT but end up not showing - but booking.com says I cannot cancel the booking.
Is it normal that you have no shows I have had two so far and it a bit disheartening when you sitting around waiting for them to arrive . Send them messages and they don't even have the decency to say they cancelled or send message saying they not coming .
Whats wrong with these people . I only listed a few days ago and new to this , but it is not a good start .
