non-refundable and prepayment policies

hello guys, I just added my guesthouse on booking.com I passed all challanges get the letter and verified my account on extranet, but my house is still not bookable, I think main problem is the notifications which is shown in my admin panel 

 

Because we're dedicated to being a safe platform for both customers and partners, we've temporarily disabled non-refundable and prepayment policies. As soon as we can give you access to them, we'll let you know.

I've deleted non-refundable rate and added flexible 7-day but my house is still not bookable and the notification is still here. help me

Congrats on your Booking.com listing!

Okay, this sounds like your calendar isn't set up correctly with your rate plan. Go to Rates and Availability - Rate plans. Set up your payment plan there, and then you need to go to your Calendar and make sure the rooms are open and the prices are correct. 

If all else fails, phone a friend at Booking.com Partner Services so that they can walk you through setting up your calendar. They should have phoned you for a How to get started tour thingy.

i just added my  homestay in booking .com . i am also getting booking . but in few days the homstay is showing close . so please help me . how to solve the issue
