not seeing my apartment

hello. I have a problem. after entering the date and number of days my apartment does not show it and it is written in red that there are no vacancies but there are vacancies. what could be wrong?

This is very likely a misconfiguration of the Property & calendar availability settings ( restrictions etc).

 

This is a common issue for new partners.

 

I did up this a while ago, which should help with the basic and demystify some of the blur, in the BdC guides.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Hi Viktorija Drobenčiuk,

 

It could be that the search you are making does not meet any Calendar restrictions you have set. For example, if you have a 2 night minimum restriction but only search for 1 night the property will show as unavailable. To view restrictions set navigate to your Calendar view through Rates & Availability and tick the box 'Restrictions'. If you are still experiencing issues, you can contact your local partner support via the Inbox tab > Booking.com messages.
