Occupancy Numbers Incorrect

Hi sorry new to this.  I have added my occupancy numbers in the areas that have told me I should i.e 2 adults and 2 children and set rates for children as told to, however, when you try and book my property it will only let you book for 2 adults, when you add 2 children it says there are no available dates although there are.  Any advice gratefully received please.  (I have tried to go to inbox to message, but there is not way of creating a message to do that in there :()

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
