Hi, I am new host and had a mistake with overbooking of one of my appartments.

I have to cancel the booking for tomorrow

Please help me


This is the partner forum and not the helpdesk so you shouldn't post for a booking issue and particularly urgent one.

Try ringing the guest and explaining and ask them to cancel.  You cannot do the cancellation yourself but can do this to get guest to cancel.  

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm

If booking.com do it for you they will charge a relocation fee.  But if you do need to contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
