We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Have you actually completed all the Getting Started Guides and steps, such as location verification?

Partner Help  - Your first steps with Booking.com


Your listing URL is found in Extranet, top right CIRCLE menus, the second one. But only if your Extranet is fully active. i.e. you have completed the initial setup.

When you click on it you will see a link

View your property's listing on booking.com


Click this to open it.

You can also right click and copy location /link to then update your partner profile here.

Which is very important in order to get the best support from the Partner Community.
