I'm wondering if anyone can help me.  I joined about two months ago and have hosted 3 guests and another arriving in two days and I haven't received any money. I sent an email asking for a phone number and was given one in US.  I replied saying I couldn't afford to be calling the US, and they gave me another number, which was unobtainable.  I replied again, and I was told to use the numbers I'd been given, I replied again and said I couldn't phone US and asked them to try the number that was unobtainable.  They replied and said sorry and gave me another number, this asked me for a confirmation number, and I didn't have one.  I replied saying I wasn't a guest, I was a host.  They replied saying I had to pass security. I replied saying I had no idea how to pass security but got no reply. I found a credit control number on an email they sent me, but the line said it wasn't operational.  I sent another email literally begging for another number as I am trying to remortgage and have no income from - luckily I get most of my bookings through Airbnb, but the total income I receive per annum looks lower because I've received nothing from  Again I got no reply to this email.  I sent another saying that I couldn't host my guests on 14/5 if I couldn't get paid for the guests I've already hosted.  Again no answer.  I've tried entering bank details but when I chose phone, it says sorry this page isn't working, when I choose SMS I got told to input a pin, but I'm not aware of ever being given one.  I'm at my wits end.  I can scarcely believe that a company the size of don't have a UK phone line for hosts who are struggling to use their site.  I've been a superhost for three years on Airbnb so have experience of hosting.  I have endless questions that I can't find answers too.  Does anyone know a number?  Thanks

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
