Phone tablet issues

I'm having problems in the extranet using my Samsung phone or tablet. I'm unable to contact Booking support, on trying to send a message I get "oops there was a problem"

These are the problems I was hoping to resolve...

I can't tag photos, there's no option that I can see.

I can't upload a profile picture, it appears to upload but remains blank

On the public listing of the apartment the main proprty image doesn't show although this and all other photos show when I click on the listing link.
